Registration Summary

All Groups should by now have:
1. Paid their final fees
2. Entered their Groups personal details on the online system
3. Completed their Emergency contact details on the online system
4. Sent the Registrar 4 photos for each member of the Group
5. Received the Website link to
  a) The Clothing Order Information
  b) The Food Warehouse order Information
  c) Countdown, Issue One
6. Had contact from their Sub Camp
7. Received information about Outings

Final Registration Requirements

The last few documents you need before the Jamboree are now available to download here.
Latest downloads include;
  a) Health Forms
  b) Activity Permission Forms
  c) Car Park Passes

Look out for your Jamboree uniform badge that will be sent by your Sub Camp team. A Leaders Handbook will be downloadable from the website before the event and a paper copy will be provided to you at the event.

Online Booking System

Please ensure that you complete all the information before 30th June 2008, as the system will be locked on 1st July 2008. Incomplete information will lead to delays in registering your Group. Any changes required after this date will need to be emailed to

Jamboree Health Forms

Every one is required to complete 3 copies of the Jamboree Health Form. Each copy must have an original signature.
Copy 1 – is to be retained by the Group Leader
Copy 2 - it should be put in an envelope marked with your booking reference and Sub Camp and handed in to the Sub Camp team on arrival.
Copy 3 – is for the Medical Centre. It should be put in an envelope marked with your booking reference and Sub Camp and be handed in to the Sub Camp team on arrival.

Car Park Passes

These should be completed and left on view in the Windscreen of any vehicle that will be remaining on site in the Jamboree Car Park. Please photocopy as necessary. These are downloadable from here.
